원격 Terminal 접속을 지원하는 프로그램에는 여러 가지가 있다. 예전에 원격 Terminal 접속을 지원하는 Telnet이란 프로그램이 많이 사용되었지만, 이 프로그램은 통신 자료를 암호화하지 않고 텍스트 형태로 전송하기 때문에 보안에 결정적인 문제를 가지고 있어서 지금은 거의 사용되지 않는다.

■ Hostname 설정
Hostname은 컴퓨터 자체에 부여된 이름으로, 네트워크 상에서 다른 컴퓨터와 통신을 할 때는 다른 컴퓨터가 현재의 그 컴퓨터를 지칭할 때 사용하는 이름이다. Raspberry Pi 시스템은 설치와 동시에 “raspberrypi”라는 이름이 기본으로 지정되어 있는데, 이를 변경하고자 하면 booting 항목을 설정할 때 다른 이름으로 지정할 수 있다.

There are several programs that support remote terminal connections. In the past, a program called Telnet that supports remote terminal connections has been used widely. However, this program has a serious security problem because it transmits communication data in a text format without encrypting it, so it is rarely used now.
