23.3.2 Getting Started
You can start Sonic Pi from the desktop or Applications Menu as shown below.
When the program starts, the following screen appears.

This screen is the start screen of Sonic Pi. It has three parts. The top part of the screen is a workspace area for writing code, which is is called "Programming Panel". On the right side, there is a part that displays various informations about the program when the program is executed, which is is called "Output Panel". At the bottom of the screen, there is a part that displays detailed help information when you click [Help] button in the upper right corner of the window, which is called "Help Panel". Here you can refer information about various code, synth sounds, samples, and more.
